Sandra Ferreira

Introduction
Working in the insurance industry, both P&C and Life and Health Lines of  Business, for nearly 20 years the last 9 years of which took place in Munich. Over the last 4 years, I have supported the transformation of complex  organizations, enabling them to become more efficient and increasing value to their customers.
I strongly believe that “digital change”,” lean structures” and   “collaborative/agile teams” will allow complex organizations to become more competitive in the new era of the IoT.
I have led “cross-functional” teams located around the globe, supported CEOs and board members in executive committees with successful recommendations in those transformations, as well as running a Program Management Office of considerable size, setting up standards across projects and regions.
I hold several certifications and executive training (Black Belt, Agile-Scrum Master, Project Management, MBA, and strategic training from London Business School and ESMT), which, together with my soft skills, have allowed  me to succeed with all my endeavors.
