Agreement with FEDEACOL – Federación de Colegios de Abogados de Colombia

The President of FEDEACOL (Dr. Gerardo Duque) – the Federación de Colegios de Abogados de Colombia (Federation of Bar Associations of Colombia), which brings those Bar Associations together – is committed to the digital transformation of the profession with a view to its high professionalization, in keeping with the technological disruption brought about by new digital advances, which will make the Colombian legal profession an even firmer defender, if that is possible, of citizens’ rights in the high position in which society places it.

On behalf of CEA Digital Law (an Association that already has a techno-legal network of 24 Nodes – countries), its President Dr. Antonio Tejeda Encinas stated: “we are at an important moment in the Americas, in which jurists and technologists are showing the world a mutual involvement and collaboration never before seen in history, as these are two fields that have apparently always been considered opposites.
