The Law Factory
The Law Factory at CEA Digital Law ® is a meeting point for Law, Technology and the Humanities: a space where Law and other fields, institutions or individuals seemingly unrelated to the legal sector can collaborate on communication projects, technological developments, the dissemination of legal knowledge, educational initiatives or purely experimental undertakings within the sector itself.
A project may start from something as simple as identifying a legal problem and seeking to offer a technological, legal and humanistic solution that, for example, simplifies it.
A legal innovation laboratory
There is a perception that the legal world is not particularly receptive to innovation and even keeps its distance from technological progress. Yet it is clear that there is, and can be, a great deal of innovation in the legal sector.
That is why we created The Law Factory: to combine Law and Technology in ways that are useful to users and to the sector.
Open to collaboration
The projects we launch are developed in-house, but the initiative is open to external collaboration. If you are an institution, a company or a professional with an idea at the intersection of Law and Technology, CEA Digital Law ® is open to working with you.
