1. What cookies are and which ones we use

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on the visitor’s device.

This site does not set advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Visits are measured without cookies and without storing any identifier on your device, which is why we do not show a banner asking you to accept them. The only cookies are the essential technical ones used by a few specific parts of the site, which do not require consent.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies and technologies in use

2.1 Technical cookies (no consent required)

wordpress_test_cookieceadigilaw.orgChecks that the browser accepts cookies. Only on the editorial team’s login page; it is not set for visitors.Session

2.2 Anti-spam protection of the forms

The forms (contact, newsletter sign-up and event proposals) use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that they are not sent by an automated program. It only loads when a form is used and may use technical browser data and Cloudflare’s own cookies needed for that security check. More information: Cloudflare privacy policy.

2.3 Cookieless visit measurement

We count visits with the statistics tool of our hosting provider, WPMU DEV (Matomo), configured without cookies: it stores nothing on your device and does not track you across sites. We only obtain aggregated figures (page views, referrers, device).

3. How to block or delete cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block Cloudflare’s, the forms may not be sent.

4. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the tools used or in the applicable legislation. Contact: dataprotection@ceadigilaw.org Supervisory authorities: DPC — Ireland · AEPD — Spain
