PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Legal professional permanently committed to serving the community, as one of the commitments that lawyers have in Colombian society, and to providing the legal advice within their reach, with ethical values, suitability and experience.
I have specialized in Public Law, Criminal Law and Criminology, which has allowed me to develop my practice in the fields of Criminal and Administrative Law, using the various judicial review actions and the Accusatory System, in order to practice as a lawyer, directing my knowledge towards the goal
I pursue, both in government activity and in private activities, within the body of Public Law rules governing the organization and structure of the Public Administration as an organ of the Legislative Branch, and therefore the relations arising from State activity through
its officials and public servants with private individuals.
The subject matter of Administrative Law and Criminal Law comprises the political, ideological, moral, social and economic circumstances that determine the actions and provisions of the State, the way they are organized and the objectives envisaged.
In this sense, our work as lawyers is aimed at ensuring that private individuals and public officials can enjoy all the guarantees that a State governed by the rule of law is bound to afford its citizens for the full exercise of all their Constitutional rights.
