The President of the @Euro-American Committee of Digital Law – CEA Digital Law, Dr. Antonio Tejeda Encinas, was invited by Universidad Uniagraria de Bogotá -Colombia- to teach classes on administrative procedure:

– Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
– Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

– with particular emphasis on Royal Decree 203/2021 (Regulation on the Action and Operation of the Public Sector by Electronic Means).
– A review was also made of “Digital Spain 2025” (España Digital 2025), which comprises some 50 measures grouped into ten strategic axes intended, over the next five years, to drive the country’s digital transformation process in alignment with the European Union’s digital strategy, through public-private collaboration and with the participation of all of the country’s economic and social stakeholders.
