Our President Antonio Tejeda is invited from Peru to contribute to the bicentennial commemoration on the life of José de San Martín

The District Municipality of Végueta in Peru (north of Lima) has invited me to make an academic contribution on the liberator of Peru(José de San Martín), on the bicentennial of the culmination of the 1821 independence process
