The President of CEA Digital Law, Antonio Tejeda Encinas, together with the Director General of the Paraguay Node, Dr. Mirta Ferrer, were received on an official visit by the Cultural Attaché and Political Affairs Officer of the Embassy of Japan, Sachie Yorinobu.
The Attaché showed great interest in the project and in CEA Digital Law’s extensive network, and has requested authorization from Japan to sign a framework collaboration agreement
