The “II Congreso de Derecho Laboral” (II CONLAB) will take place online from 28 to 31 October 2020, broadcast on Facebook Live. It is organized by the Federación Peruana Unificada de Abogados and the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law.
The programme, comprising 120 virtual academic hours, will address labor rights and dismissals, severance pay and the equalization of remuneration, as well as remote work and collective agreements. Twenty-one speakers from Peru, Spain and Colombia will take part, including Javier Neves Mujica, former Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion of Peru; David Lantarón Barquín, professor at the Universidad de Cantabria; Juan José Martínez Ortiz, executive president of SERVIR; and David Orrego Fernández, professor at the Universidad de Antioquia.
Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, will deliver institutional remarks and present a paper. Participation will be free, with optional certification.
