II Congress of Labor Law

II CONLAB, Second Congress of Labour Law: 120 virtual academic hours.

The Federación Peruana Unificada de Abogados organised this virtual congress together with the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law. It was held from 28 to 31 October 2020 and streamed on Facebook Live. The programme focused on employment rights and dismissals, severance pay and pay equalisation, and remote work and collective agreements.

Twenty-one speakers from Peru, Spain and Colombia took part, among them judges, university lecturers and senior figures from the Peruvian labour administration. Antonio Tejeda Encinas, President of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, gave institutional remarks and delivered a paper, both available on video. Attendance was open to all, with optional certification.
