Dr. Raúl Aníbal Etcheverry joins CEA and its Academic Council

Dr. Raúl Aníbal Etcheverry joins the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law and its Academic Council.

Raul Anibal Etcheverry is a Lawyer and Notary graduated from the Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He holds a Doctorate in Law and Social Sciences from the same Faculty and University; a Doctorate in Legal Sciences from the Facultad de Derecho of the Universidad Católica Argentina; a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain; and is Professor Emeritus of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Former Judge of the Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Comercial and of the Suprema Corte de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Former Fiscal de Estado (State Attorney) of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Former President of the Federación Interamericana de Abogados (Inter-American Bar Association) and of the Asociación Argentina de Derecho Comparado. Founder and Vice-President of the International Academy of Commercial and Consumer Law (Pennsylvania). International Arbitrator. ICSID Arbitrator

With regard to his teaching activity, Doctor Raul Anibal Etcheverry is Director of the Master’s Program in Commercial and Business Law at the Facultad de Derecho of the UBA and Professor in the Intensive Doctoral Program (UBA).
