Dr. Claudia Moray appointed Director General of the Argentine Node

As a result of the restructuring being carried out by the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law – CEA Digital Law to respond promptly to the needs of each of the locations where it is established (“Nodes”, currently 25 across Europe and Latin America), Dr. Claudia Moray has been appointed Director General of the Argentine Node.

CEA Digital Law is experiencing unprecedented academic and professional growth, the result of the tremendous work being carried out by all the members of this Non Profit, which has shown that it is possible to thrive without fees or memberships when management is excellent and well planned.

Associations that operate in perfect harmony and with a near-horizontal structure have shown not only that they survive, but that from the outset they deliver the best results, both internally and externally. The collaborative work of CEA Digital Law in the management of techno-legal knowledge, and above all its deep understanding of the digital transformation that encompasses all of society, has placed it at the center of attention of professional bodies, not only techno-legal ones.

The relational dynamics generated by this collaborative work have borne other fruit, such as the creation of the Plataforma Interamericana en Defensa del Abogado Litigante PIDAL

And, among our young people, the creation of the Inter-American Network of Law and Technology Students which has so far been joined by the recently created Asociación Interamericana Estudiantes Tecnología. Derecho y afines. AIETD
