Human and Fundamental Rights in Contexts of Emergency and Public Health

Virtual conference on human and fundamental rights in public health emergencies.

The conference was held online on the Webex platform, at the invitation of the Law Programme and the Legal Clinic (Consultorio Jurídico) of the Universidad del Sinú «Elías Bechara Zainúm» and the Colegio de Abogados de Cartagena de Indias.

The programme brought together two groups of contributors, a first panel of speakers and a panel of national speakers, to discuss the protection of human and fundamental rights during a public health emergency. The speakers included Antonio Tejeda Encinas, President of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law.
