An online session organised by the Mediation and Arbitration Commission of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá together with the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, held on Zoom on 19 May 2021.
The session dealt with arbitration and smart contracts. The poster featured Antonio Tejeda, President of CEA Digital Law, and Juan Carlos Aráuz, President of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá, alongside a panel of speakers from Panama, Guatemala and Spain, moderated by Lexaira Arosemena of the Mediation and Arbitration Commission.
