The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law is organizing the webinar “El Abogado Litigante en América Latina”, which will take place online on its YouTube channel from 15 June 2020 at 20:30 until 7 July 2020.
It is the first cycle of “MOMENTUM IURIS”, a new knowledge channel of CEA Digital Law that uses academic impulses to address persistent problems in the legal profession. Over 18 working days, a litigating lawyer from each country, in most cases a final-year law student or graduate, will describe their daily work, difficulties and needs. Differences in practice between countries and the effects of Covid-19 will also be considered.
Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, will give the institutional address. Speakers will include, among others, Julio Roberto García-Merlos, director general of the CEA Digital Law Guatemala Node.
