The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, as an organizer, announces the online conference “La conectividad como derecho humano fundamental”, which will take place on Zoom on 18 November 2021. It is also organized by Circolo Giuridico di Argentina, Fundación Laudato Si’ and the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, with the support of the Embajada de la República Argentina en la República Italiana.
The conference will reflect on the inequalities that the pandemic has exposed in the digital world, where many people face obstacles to access. Drawing on the United Nations 2030 Agenda, it will seek to build bridges between Argentina and Italy, and between Latin America and the European Union, to exchange ideas and practices and to outline joint strategies towards greater inclusion, sustainable development and social justice.
Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, will speak, and Malena Errico, president of the Circolo Giuridico Italiano en Argentina, will give an institutional address. Collaborators include the Boletín Oficial de la República Argentina, the Secretaría de Innovación Pública, IALAB – UBA, the Università degli Studi Roma Tre and ARSAT.
