A webinar on the evidential value of digital evidence and data protection in international arbitration proceedings.

The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law and the Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá organised this webinar, with the collaboration of the Centro de Solución de Conflictos (CESCON), on 1 October 2020 on Zoom. Margie-Lys Jaime, Chair of the Bar’s Mediation and Arbitration Commission, also attended.
