The Comité Euro Americano Digital Law -CEA Digital Law, under the presidency of Antonio Tejeda Encinas , has been since its founding an international benchmark in the analysis, development and promotion of legal frameworks that address the challenges and opportunities of the digital era.
With a consolidated track record in the field of digital law, technological governance and fundamental rights, the Comité Euroamericano de Derecho Digital -CEA Digital Law now positions itself as the ideal space to drive an ambitious and transformative initiative: the project
“Human-Technological Convergence”.
This initiative, under construction, seeks to transcend traditional approaches and offer integrative solutions that combine ethics, technology, social justice and sustainability.
Recognizing that law is both a reflection and a driver of social change, the Comité Euroamericano de Derecho Digital is committed to leading this project, bringing together experts from diverse disciplines and fostering a global dialogue that lays the foundations for a “political vision” aligned with the challenges of our time.
The Comité Euroamericano de Derecho Digital assumes this responsibility with the same rigor that characterizes its previous work, focusing on:
1. Defining the guiding principles: From technological governance to digital equity, ensuring that human dignity and fundamental rights are central pillars of the proposal.
2. Connecting the global with the local: Recognizing that technological challenges have international implications, but must be adapted to the realities of each society.
3. Promoting multisectoral participation: Involving entrepreneurs, legislators, technologists and citizens in the co-creation of solutions.
