The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law and the Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá are organizing the webinar “Arbitraje y Contratos Inteligentes o Smart Contracts”, which will take place online via Zoom on 19 May 2021, from 11:30 to 13:00.
The session, driven by the Colegio’s Comisión de Mediación y Arbitraje, will address the relationship between arbitration and smart contracts. The opening will feature institutional remarks by Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, and Juan Carlos Aráuz, president of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados (CNA) de Panamá.
A panel moderated by Lexaira Arosemena of the Comisión de Mediación y Arbitraje will follow, with Julio Alemán Ramírez, executive of the CEA Digital Law Republic of Ireland Node, José Vega Sacasa, partner at FINTEGRITY, and Mauricio Duarte, COO of A2J Tech.
