The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law announces that its president, Antonio Tejeda Encinas, will take part as a speaker in the conference “Los Derechos Humanos y Fundamentales en Contextos de Emergencia y Salud Pública”, which will take place online on 7 April 2020, from 14:00 to 18:00, via the Webex platform. It is organised by Universidad del Sinú Elías Bechara Zainúm and Colegio de Abogados de Cartagena de Indias.
The conference will address the protection of human and fundamental rights during a public health emergency. The programme is structured in two groups of contributions: a first panel of speakers and a second panel of national speakers.
The speakers include Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, and Dr. José Mueles Cerezuela, Dr. Carles McCragh, Dr. Alirio Uribe Muñoz and Dr. Guillermo Francisco Reyes Gonzalez, among others.
