Presentation of the Orbital Pact for Entrepreneurship, Execution and Investment

Presentación del Pacto Orbital de Emprendimiento, Ejecución e Inversión

A private infrastructure for entrepreneurship, execution and investment is created for the Europe–Africa–Latin America area.

META Channel Corporation and the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law have designed an operational integration framework aimed at effectively bringing together business execution capabilities, international legal rigour and structured access to capital in complex cross-border environments.

The presentation of this model to leading business organisations and institutional stakeholders, at the 2nd Ibero-African Forum and the 7th SME and Micro-SME Forum, made it possible to test the system directly with real operators in the international corporate economy.

The response was clear. It not only validated the approach but also led to specific agreements and confirmed a widely shared need: the lack of operational infrastructure capable of turning institutional positioning into real execution, in an ecosystem saturated with demo days without follow-up, roadshows that do not convert and forums where dialogue does not translate into effective deal flow.

Today we present the Orbital Pact for Entrepreneurship, Execution and Investment: a private, international and selective framework that connects business organisations in Europe, Africa and Latin America under a common architecture for positioning, execution and access to capital.

It is not a forum. It is not an event. It is permanent operational infrastructure.

At its core, in the field of investment, is the Orbital Investment & Execution Hub, META Channel’s proprietary infrastructure that continuously connects qualified projects from the ecosystem with institutional investors —venture capital, private equity, family offices and specialised funds— together with emerging financial architectures already operating in private markets.

Traditional vehicles and new instruments. Under one framework. With institutional compliance standards.
