The Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros (IAB), the oldest legal institution in Brazil, founded in 1843, approved at its 58th Ordinary Session, held on 18 September 2019, the appointment of Dr Antonio Tejeda Encinas, President of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, as an Honorary Member of the Institute.
The proposal was submitted by Dr Rita de Cássia Sant’Anna Cortez, then President of the IAB.
