The “VI Congreso Internacional sobre la Responsabilidad Penal de las Personas Jurídicas: La pragmática penal” will take place in person on 29 and 30 October 2026, from 8:00 to 17:00 (UTC−05:00), at ACORE (Asociación Colombiana de Oficiales en Retiro) in Cali, Colombia. The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law is among the entities supporting the event, together with Universidad Católica de Cuyo, ASCOLDPEM and INCOES, among others.
With specialists from eleven countries, the congress will examine compliance, money laundering, artificial intelligence, ethics and economic criminal law. It will also include the conferral of an Honoris Causa title by the Universidad Latinoamericana de Empresarios (U.L.E.), Mexico.
Speakers include Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law; Yenny Díaz, director general of the CEA Digital Law Costa Rica Node; and Ernesto Amézquita Camacho, delegate prosecutor “JEP”. Organisation is led by Hoover Wadith Ruiz Rengifo, CEO of ASCOLDPEM.
