The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law is collaborating on the presentation “La legalidad de la tokenización de bienes en el derecho civil panameño (UIDE, Ecuador)”, which will take place online on 16 November 2022 at 18:00 and is organised by the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE).
The talk will be given by Carlos Eduardo Rubio, director general of the CEA Digital Law Panama Node, as a guest speaker of UIDE. He holds a degree in Law and Political Science and has served as Minister of Government (Interior) and acting Minister of Labour of Panama.
The Asociación Ecuatoriana de Magistrados y Jueces (AEMAJ) and the Universidad del Sinú are also collaborating. It will be the third of three talks by CEA Digital Law members at UIDE, to be held on 14, 15 and 16 November 2022.
