The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law is organizing, together with the Academia Interamericana de Derecho Internacional y Comparado and the Facultad de Jurisprudencia de la Universidad Central del Ecuador, the online conference “Justicia Digital. Un camino sin retorno”, which will take place from 4 to 7 May 2020 on YouTube.
It forms part of EPISTEME & DOXA, a virtual project that offers a continuous channel of knowledge with a different topic each week. Four speakers will discuss whether, after the covid-19 pandemic, there will be a return or digitalization will keep advancing.
Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, will take part, and the speakers will include Vanessa Castro, executive of Tech Tecno Legal at the CEA Digital Law Costa Rica Node; Magda Díaz Bolaños, president of the Asociación Costarricense de Juezas; and Patricio Maraniello, president of the Asociación Argentina de Justicia Constitucional, among others.
