Talk by Carlos Eduardo Rubio, Director General of the Panama Node of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, as guest speaker at the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE). He holds a degree in Law and Political Science and is a former Minister of the Interior and former acting Minister of Labour of Panama.
Alongside UIDE, the poster features the Ecuadorian Association of Magistrates and Judges (AEMAJ), the Universidad del Sinú and CEA Digital Law.
It was the third of three talks given by CEA Digital Law members at UIDE, on 14, 15 and 16 November 2022.
