Talk by Dr Julio César Henríquez Toro, Executive of the Colombia Node of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, as guest speaker at the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE). He is a lawyer, writer and poet, and holds a doctorate in Political Science.
Alongside UIDE, the poster features the Ecuadorian Association of Magistrates and Judges (AEMAJ), the Universidad del Sinú and CEA Digital Law.
It was the second of three talks given by CEA Digital Law members at UIDE, on 14, 15 and 16 November 2022.
