RATIONALE.
This session sets out to reflect on the conditions of possibility present in the web of inequalities arising from the consequences the pandemic produced in the digital world.
A large percentage of citizens face significant obstacles in accessing the digital world and everything it entails; strengthening institutions so that no one is left behind is a global responsibility.
The innovation and Sustainable Development proposed by the United Nations 2030 Agenda is one of the pillars of the universal goals set out by the new social, economic and environmental paradigm. It is therefore essential to set as a goal the building of bridges to strengthen the exchange of ideas and practices between Argentina and Italy, and between Latin America and the European Union, in order to devise joint strategies between the two regions and to learn about potential approaches, actions, goals and indicators that will help us work together.
In this way, this space for exchange aims to make a contribution and to give visibility to the concerns, opinions, experiences and perspectives that pull towards a horizon of greater inclusion, sustainable development and social justice.
