Collaboration Agreement between CEA Digital Law and the Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros -IAB

Cinco juristas posando ante retratos enmarcados y la bandera de BrasilThe President of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law – CEA Digital Law -Antonio Tejeda Encinas- and the President of the Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros -IAB (the oldest legal institution in the Americas, founded in 1843), Rita Cortez, have finally formalized the agreement they had been negotiating.

With CEA Digital Law, Law and Technology definitively merge to give meaning to the search for legal and technological solutions in the 4th Industrial Revolution, which is giving rise to new models of legislative development and in which CEA Digital Law works hand in hand with technology as its ally.

CEA Digital Law brings together the knowledge of both worlds, as it is made up of a large-scale cluster of technologists and leading jurists from the Americas and Europe: Costa Rica, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Venezuela, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Brussels, Turkey)

For its part, having the Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros -IAB on board places Brazil in a privileged position, enriched by the global Digital Law network led by CEA Digital Law, and the agreement will provide both parties with greater knowledge

Today, the IAB is a space dedicated to culture and to the debate of Brazil’s main national issues, as well as to the defense of the legal order and the democratic rule of law. The IAB has grown enormously in recent years. All the prestige and legal knowledge it holds is an indispensable tool for upholding the law and ensuring the understanding and application of the legal system.

We welcome the Agreement and wish it every success
