CEA Digital Law® is an entity with its own independent legal personality. META Channel Corporation Ltd. is a legally separate entity with its own CRO registration number. Any earlier reference to META Channel operating as a division of CEA without its own legal personality is incorrect and is hereby rendered void.
2. Purpose of the website
The purpose of this website is to publicise the activities, programmes and professional network of CEA Digital Law®, a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of digital and techno-legal law in the Euro-American sphere. The content published is informative in nature and does not constitute legal, technical or any other kind of advice.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All the content of this website is owned by CEA Digital Law® or by third parties who have expressly authorised its use, and is protected by the applicable intellectual property legislation. Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without express written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Published images and third-party data
Certain pages of this site include the names, positions, photographs and professional information of persons who take part or have taken part in CEA Digital Law® activities. This publication is carried out on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), in accordance with the proportionality analysis documented in internal file CEA-RGPD-06.
