The congress will be held on 20 and 21 February at the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino) in Panama, under the theme “The Impact of New Technologies on the Practice of Law”.
We will be speaking on the panel Economic, Technological and Political Realities in the Democratic Prospects of Ibero-America, where our President, Dr Antonio Tejeda Encinas, will present a paper entitled “New Avenues for Political Participation in the Digital Age”.
