{"id":122999,"date":"2024-11-28T21:57:28","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T20:57:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceadigilaw.org\/blog\/projet-convergence-humain-technologie\/"},"modified":"2024-11-28T21:57:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-28T20:57:28","slug":"projet-convergence-humain-technologie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceadigilaw.org\/fr\/blog\/projet-convergence-humain-technologie\/","title":{"rendered":"The \u2018Human-Technology Convergence\u2019 project"},"content":{"rendered":"<div lang=\"en\">\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">Since its founding, the <strong>Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#45; CEA Digital Law<\/strong>, chaired by Antonio Tejeda Encinas, has been an international point of reference in the analysis, development and promotion of legal frameworks that address the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">With a well-established track record in digital law, technology governance and fundamental rights, the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#45; CEA Digital Law is now ideally placed to drive an ambitious and transformative initiative: the project known as<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><strong>\u2018Human-Technology Convergence\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">This initiative, which is still taking shape, seeks to move beyond traditional approaches and offer integrated solutions that combine ethics, technology, social justice and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">Recognising that law is both a reflection and a driver of social change, the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#45; CEA Digital Law is committed to leading this project, bringing together experts from a range of disciplines and fostering a global dialogue that can lay the foundations for a \u2018political vision\u2019 in tune with the challenges of our time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">The Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#45; CEA Digital Law takes on this responsibility with the same rigour that has characterised its work to date, focusing on:<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">1. Defining the guiding principles: from technology governance to digital equity, ensuring that human dignity and fundamental rights are at the heart of the proposal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">2. Connecting the global and the local: recognising that technological challenges have international implications but must be adapted to the realities of each society.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\">3.
