After five years of development, this regulation poses significant challenges that require a detailed assessment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">During a recent debate on the intersection between AI and brands, an interesting exchange of views emerged on the AI Regulation and its progressive entry into force. This regulation, although promising, generates controversy due to its complex regulation and its adaptation to rapid technological progress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">From my legal experience, it is clear that the gradual implementation of the regulation presents practical challenges. Can it keep up with the rapid advances of AI and adapt to the changing needs of the technological landscape?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">In addition, I note discrepancies between AI regulations in different regions, which raises questions about overall coherence in this area. The divergence between EU, China and US regulations can hinder the effective implementation of the regulation and create legal loopholes that infringers will exploit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">As an investigative jurist in the field of generative AI, I am especially interested in the legal implications of deepfakes and child pornography. These cases highlight the need to review and update our legal frameworks to address the crimes facilitated by AI effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">In conclusion, the AI Regulation poses complex challenges that require an agile and expert legal response.
