His main areas of professional practice include e-government practices, collaboration, banking, savings and loans, group decision-making, ICT strategic planning and ICT organization. Since 1989, he has been involved in the development of computer-assisted learning applications and tools, including e-learning environments and web environments for collaboration and group decision-making.
