Over the last 4 years, I have supported the transformation of complex\u00a0 organizations, enabling them to become more efficient and increasing value to their customers.<br \/>\nI strongly believe that \u201cdigital change\u201d,\u201d lean structures\u201d and\u00a0\u00a0 \u201ccollaborative\/agile teams\u201d will allow complex organizations to become more competitive in the new era of the IoT.<br \/>\nI have led \u201ccross-functional\u201d teams located around the globe, supported CEOs and board members in executive committees with successful recommendations in those transformations, as well as running a Program Management Office of considerable size, setting up standards across projects and regions.<br \/>\nI hold several certifications and executive training (Black Belt, Agile-Scrum Master, Project Management, MBA, and strategic training from London Business School and ESMT), which, together with my soft skills, have allowed\u00a0 me to succeed with all my endeavors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nSince 2018 &#8211; Allianz SE<br \/>\nTransformation Manager for Operations Efficiency<br \/>\nResponsible for delivering an end-to-end Motor insurance process redesign in 4 countries in order to create one new direct entity, a\u201d lean\u201d online organization focused on customer service and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>This role involves design end-to-end of all processes and journeys till implementation using a specific framework in agile, and a specific team structure (\u201csquads\u201d) co-located to produce unique products to the customers regularly. Consequently, the company becomes simpler, faster and more competitive, as frequent releases are rolled out with<br \/>\nnew features for the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Organization: Report to the CEO. Team of ~30 people, \u20ac2M budget.<br \/>\nScope of countries: Germany, Netherlands, Italy, and Spain<br \/>\nAchievements:<br \/>\n\u2022Speed of delivery: Full end-to-end processes redesigned, including mock-ups and test with customers, in a<br \/>\nrecord time of 15 weeks; Speed of Implementation: &lt; 1year (NL and DE)<br \/>\n\u2022 KPI\u00b4s: Most efficient insurer (100% digital sales, 95% digital claims notification, 100% digital policy<br \/>\nmanagement) expense ratio 12%; NPS 75 for customers and 30% market share.<\/p>\n<p>2016 &#8211; 2018 \u2013 Allianz SE \/ Munich<br \/>\nDigital Transformation Manager and Head of PMO<br \/>\nResponsible for delivering a new online platform for the Direct companies in CEE region, as well as a central hub<br \/>\nlocated in Poland that provides IT and e-business services to the region.\u00a0 Received the additional role of Head of PMO,<\/p>\n<p>defining the standards for the Project Managers \/ Scrums within the tree countries.<br \/>\nOrganization: Report to the Global Head of Direct Digital Pure Player. ~50\u00a0 people, \u20ac5M budget.<br \/>\nScope of countries: Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania<br \/>\nAchievements:<br \/>\n\u2022 Project delivered successfully on time and in budget.; Speed: Implementation in &lt; 1 year (PL).<br \/>\n\u2022 One single product, one single platform &amp; Marketing Suite for the region, new Operating Model with IT<br \/>\nservices and eBusiness centralized in Poland.<br \/>\n\u2022 KPI\u00b4s: Efficiency achieved (100% digital Sales, paperless company), loss ratio better than other direct players, best<br \/>\nin market customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>2013 &#8211; 2015 \u2013 AGSC &#8211; Allianz Global Corporate &amp; Specialty SE \/ Munich<br \/>\nHead of CPO &#8211; Central Project Portfolio<br \/>\nResponsible for supporting change in AGCS on a global scale, by planning, prioritizing, monitoring and allocating<br \/>\nresources for a \u20ac 50m project portfolio.<br \/>\nOrganization: Report to Global Head of Organizational Business Transformation. 2 people, \u20ac0.5M budget.<br \/>\nScope of countries: Worldwide<br \/>\nAchievements:<br \/>\n\u2022 Defined standards \u2013 based on Prince2 &#8211; for Project Managers for them to\u00a0 implement their projects on time,<br \/>\nscope and in budget.<br \/>\n\u2022 Design, implementation and rollout of a Project Management Simulator in use\u00a0 by project managers to plan the<br \/>\nrecruitment of internal and outsourced resources<\/p>\n<p>2010 &#8211; 2012 \u2013 Allianz SE \/ Munich<br \/>\nCountry Manager for Operational Performance &#8211; Benelux Region<br \/>\nResponsible for the implementation of Allianz Target Operating Model and for achievement of operational<br \/>\nperformance in the Benelux region.<br \/>\nOrganization: Report to Global Head of Target Operating Model. No direct team. Governance role.<br \/>\nAchievements: Projects and actions agreed to were achieved resulting in a target expense ratio in the region (20%).<\/p>\n<p>2001 \u2013 2010 \u2013 Allianz Portugal \/ Lisbon<br \/>\nHead of e-Commerce<br \/>\nResponsible for the \u201cOnline Business Unit\u201d.
