Academic and Professional Background<\/strong>
\nRaul Anibal Etcheverry holds degrees in Law and Notarial Studies (Abogado y Escribano) from the Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He also holds a Doctorate in Law and Social Sciences from the same Faculty and University; a Doctorate in Legal Sciences from the Facultad de Derecho of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina; a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Universidad Castilla La Mancha, Spain; and is Professor Emeritus of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n

With regard to his teaching activity, Dr. Raul Anibal Etcheverry is Director of the Master\u2019s Program in Commercial and Business Law at the Facultad de Derecho of the UBA and Professor in the Intensive Doctoral Program (UBA).<\/p>\n

With regard to his professional activity, he has served as an arbitrator and acted as counsel in a number of cases.<\/p>\n
