Specialist in Human Rights from the Consejo Superior de Universidades P\u00fablicas de Centroam\u00e9rica, CSUCA. Specialist in Social Law. Completed the coursework of the Doctorate in Law, Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

2. Full Professor of Ethics and Human Rights at the Faculty of Dentistry, USAC, on leave to serve as Special Advisor on Human Rights to the Rector of USAC. Full Professor of the courses: International Human Rights Law, and States of Emergency in Latin America and Constitutional Breakdown, at the Main Campus and at Cob\u00e1n, Alta Verapaz. Professor at the School for the Training of Afro-Descendant Leaders in Human Rights, teaching the course: Philosophical Foundations of Human Rights. La Ceiba, Honduras.<\/p>\n

4. He coordinated the Human Rights Programs of the Consejo Superior Centroamericano de Universidades P\u00fablicas, CSUCA, and published 22 works on Human Rights for the teaching sector in Central America, with financial support from the European Union.<\/p>\n

5. He provides pro bono advisory services to Mayan People\u2019s Organizations (FORO MAYA and CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS DE LA CULTURA MAYA). Advisor to the Organizaci\u00f3n Negra de Centroam\u00e9rica. 1:\u00bbEZA. ORGANIZACI\u00d3N GUATECIVICA DE LA JUVENTUD DE GUATEMALA.<\/p>\n
