Malena Errico was born in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She earned her law degree from Universidad del Salvador in 1999 with an Honors Diploma.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n She holds a Specialization in Public Law \u2013 Economic Regulation of Public Services from Universidad Austral.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n She holds a Diploma in Public Policies for Sustainable Development (Sustainable Development Goals, 2030 Agenda) from Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Nacional (U.T.N.)<\/strong><\/p>\n Specialist in Public Security Administration and Law – from Universidad Del Salvador \u2013 Universidad Carlos III de Madrid <\/strong>(thesis in progress).<\/p>\n She served as Chief of Advisors in both chambers of the National Congress, where she worked on drafting the first law against human trafficking (Law 26.364), and was a member of the <\/strong>Intersectoral Union Commission against Human Trafficking – Human Rights Secretariat – Confederaci\u00f3n General del Trabajo (C.G.T) and the <\/strong>Interministerial Board of the National Executive Branch against Human Trafficking. <\/strong><\/p>\n She coordinated the Gender and Human Trafficking Area of the Consejo de la Magistratura del Poder Judicial de la Naci\u00f3n (Res. 43\/2012). \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n She is currently an official of the C\u00e1mara Federal de Casaci\u00f3n Penal and a trainer in the gender workshops of the Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina.<\/strong><\/p>\n Since March 2020 she has been President of the NGO \u201cCircolo Giuridico di Argentina\u201d, made up of judges, officials and students of legal sciences and humanities.<\/p>\n She is Legal Coordinator of the \u201cProyecto Bien Restituido \u2013 Para el desmantelamiento patrimonial del crimen organizado y el fortalecimiento de la sociedad civil\u201d (Restored Assets Project \u2013 for dismantling the assets of organized crime and strengthening civil society), funded by the European Union (CSO-LA\/2020\/421-852).<\/p>\n Elected member of the Consiglio Generale della Confederazione degli Italiani nel Mondo, headquartered in Rome, Italy (C.I.M.), by unanimous vote at the Plenary Assembly of the XIII Congresso, held in Havana (Cuba) in May 2022.<\/p>\n Director of the work \u201cDi\u00e1logos de la Cultura jur\u00eddica italo-Argentina\u201d, Ed.
