Pro bono legal counsel for indigent clients under Law 583 of 2000, at the Legal Aid Clinic of the Universidad de Antioquia “Guillermo Pe\u00f1a Alzate”. There I drafted
\nlawsuits, tutela actions (constitutional protection claims) and petitions to public and private entities.
\nI reviewed and acted in a timely manner on the cases assigned to me. I attended court offices to review case files and update the institutional system.<\/p>\n

At the Legal Clinic of the Universidad de Antioquia, I served as law clerk in a class action (acci\u00f3n popular) seeking the construction of water supply and sewerage systems in the Vereda Granizal of Bello, Antioquia. Specifically, I reviewed the proceedings, systematized the information and delivered workshops on basic legal training to the community of the vereda<\/p>\n

I worked as an intern in the disability program of the Legal Aid Clinic of the Universidad de Antioquia “Guillermo Pe\u00f1a Alzate”, under an agreement with the Alcald\u00eda de Medell\u00edn (Medell\u00edn City Hall). Specifically, I designed workshops for the people registered in the City Hall\u2019s Disability Units on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and on access-to-justice measures. I also produced radio programs promoting the rights of persons with\u00a0 disabilities.<\/p>\n
