Carlos\u00a0Ay\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0is an attorney and notary public admitted in Costa Rica and by the Corte Suprema de Justicia of\u00a0Nicaragua<\/span>. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with honors from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de\u00a0CentroAm\u00e9rica<\/span>\u00a0 and a Master\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0in International Business Law and Banking Law from the\u00a0Washington<\/span>\u00a0College<\/span>of<\/span>\u00a0Law<\/span>\u00a0at\u00a0American<\/span>\u00a0University<\/span>. He has completed postgraduate studies in Legal Aspects of Business at the law school of Georgetown University<\/span>. He is a recognized expert in\u00a0Financial<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Corporate Law<\/span>\u00a0in\u00a0Central America<\/span>.<\/p>\n

He is currently the\u00a0leader<\/span>\u00a0of the legal practices:\u00a0Corporate<\/span>, Regulatory\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0Finance<\/span>\u00a0at\u00a0EY<\/span>\u00a0Law<\/span>\u00a0based in Costa Rica, and heads the operations of\u00a0EY<\/span>\u00a0Law<\/span>\u00a0Nicaragua. He is\u00a0Vice-President<\/span>\u00a0of the Commercial Law, Banking and Business Advisory Committee of the\u00a0Inter-American<\/span>\u00a0Bar\u00a0Association<\/span>\u00a0(IABA-FIA<\/span>)<\/p>\n
