Technological transformation is changing economic, social and institutional relationships and raises new questions for law, regulation and governance.<\/p>

CEA Digital Law\u2019s Tech Areas structure its main fields of study, analysis and cooperation around the changes shaping the digital society.<\/p>

Their structure is cross-cutting and international. The areas connect legal, technological, economic and social disciplines and make it possible to address phenomena that are difficult to analyse from within a single discipline.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

A cross-cutting framework for digital law<\/h2>

Digital law can no longer be understood as an isolated speciality. Artificial intelligence, data, digital markets, cybersecurity, intellectual property, technological infrastructures and fundamental rights are all part of the same process of transformation.<\/p>

CEA Digital Law organises these subjects into broad, interrelated areas. This structure makes it possible to take on new regulatory and technological questions without artificially multiplying bodies or categories every time a new technology appears.<\/p>
