It is organized by the Fundaci\u00f3n de Apoyo para la Educaci\u00f3n Superior de la Poblaci\u00f3n Afrodescendiente and Afrouniversidad, with the support of CASOC, Orbit Media Lab, Meta Channel Corporation and the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#8211; CEA Digital Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The congress will host a dialogue on a university project with an intercultural ethnic approach, within the founding process of the future Afro-Colombian University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speakers include Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, and Pablo Tejeda Zafra, manager of the AIETD Spain Chapter.
