He holds a degree in Law and Political Science and has served as Minister of Government (Interior) and acting Minister of Labour of Panama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Asociaci\u00f3n Ecuatoriana de Magistrados y Jueces (AEMAJ) and the Universidad del Sin\u00fa are also collaborating.
