It is organised by the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE), in collaboration with the Asociaci\u00f3n Ecuatoriana de Magistrados y Jueces (AEMAJ), the Universidad del Sin\u00fa and the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#8211; CEA Digital Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The talk will be delivered by Julio C\u00e9sar Henr\u00edquez Toro, director general of the CEA Digital Law Colombia Node, as guest speaker of UIDE.
