Ana Campos Gonz\u00e1lez, international lawyer, will speak, and Carlos Eduardo Rubio, director general of the Panama Node of CEA Digital Law and former Minister of Government (Interior) and Minister of Labour, will moderate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The president of CEA Digital Law, Antonio Tejeda Encinas, will open the session with words of welcome and a brief analysis of digital gender-based violence.
