It is organised by Observat\u00f3rio de Direito Eleitoral &#8211; UERJ, with the support of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#8211; CEA Digital Law, Terra Civilis, Escola Superior de Direito Eleitoral, IAB Nacional, Mentoria Jur\u00eddica and ANACRIM &#8211; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional da Advocacia Criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The congress is an annual international event on the right to personal data protection. Sylvia Chaves and Vania Aieta act as organisers. The programme will be divided into panels devoted to the main branches of law related to data protection, with speakers from Brazil, Portugal and Spain. They include Angela Dias Mendes, director general of the CEA Digital Law Brazil Node, Cristina Caldeira, Manuel David Masseno and Mar\u00eda Isabel S\u00e1nchez-Escribano.
