It is organized by the Federaci\u00f3n Peruana Unificada de Abogados and the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#8211; CEA Digital Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This first edition of the congress will offer 200 virtual academic hours. The programme will combine keynote lectures with presentations by students, and participation will be free of charge.
