Women 4.0 \u2013 Society 5.0\u201d, which will take place online on YouTube from 25 November 2020 at 20:00 to 10 December 2020 at 10:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will address digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution as a framework that widens gender gaps: unequal access to STEM skills, occupational segregation and new forms of violence against women, such as cyberviolence. The dates refer to two United Nations milestones: 25 November, the day for the elimination of violence against women, and 10 December, the anniversary of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full and equal participation of women in all areas of society is presented as a fundamental human right.
