It is organized by the Federaci\u00f3n Peruana Unificada de Abogados and the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law &#8211; CEA Digital Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme, comprising 120 virtual academic hours, will address labor rights and dismissals, severance pay and the equalization of remuneration, as well as remote work and collective agreements. Twenty-one speakers from Peru, Spain and Colombia will take part, including Javier Neves Mujica, former Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion of Peru; David Lantar\u00f3n Barqu\u00edn, professor at the Universidad de Cantabria; Juan Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez Ortiz, executive president of SERVIR; and David Orrego Fern\u00e1ndez, professor at the Universidad de Antioquia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, will deliver institutional remarks and present a paper.
