Lexaira Arosemena, director of CESCON Panam\u00e1, will moderate the panel, which will include, among others, Lilia Liu (Moore Panam\u00e1), Mauricio Par\u00eds (ECIJA, Costa Rica) and Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Samaniego (Samaniego Law, Miami-Madrid).
